The Special Fund for Financial Assistance to Political Parties, called the Partisan Fund (Fundo Partidário, in Portuguese), is made up of federal budget allocations, fines, penalties, donations, and other financial resources allocated to them by law.

The amounts transferred to political parties, referring to duodecimals[1] and fines (broken down by party and relative to the month of distribution), are published on a monthly basis in the Diário da Justiça Eletrônico. The consultation can be carried out by accessing the TSE website on the Internet.

[1] Translator’s Note: “Duodecimal” here refers to the Legislative's Annual Budget Law and is calculated according to the annual net current revenue of the municipality in question. The transfer of this duodecimal to the Legislative and Judiciary branches is mandatory. Source: https://www.recife.pe.leg.br/portal-da-transparencia/duodecimo/duodecimo
